A: No .We are an adults only accommodation .

A: Standard check-in time is 2pm-unless prior arrangements

A: 2 minutes by car to town where you will find restaurants, cafes, pubs, bars, speciality shops, takeaway food, IGA and Woolworths.

A: Ashwood Cottages is a short 2 minute drive to restaurants or a 25 minute walk along the Canyon walk (by day) or The Rail Trail 30 minutes.
Q: Do you have Foxtel?
A: No .We have Smart tv's -Netflix (Use your own Login ).
Q: What is your Cancellation Policy?
A: Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to check in .Min 1 month for peak periods .Cancellations received less than 7 days will forfeight one nights accommodation .Cancellations made after 14 days will incur a $30 fee and the 1.5% credit card fee (if applicable) .**Date changes will incur a -Fee of $30 .
Q: How do I guarantee my booking?
A: At the time of booking via our website the whole amount is taken including the 1.5% Credit card fee . If you prefer to pay by internet transfer (no fees ) please email or call to book. -1 nights accomodation is required to confirm your booking .Your balance is due 1 month prior to check *Except for Long weekend or School holidays -2 months prior .

Q. Do the cottages have ovens ?
A. Sorry we do not have ovens .Gas BBQ,Electric stove tops ,Convection microwave ,dish washer (except Fleurbaix cottage) & fridge/freezer .Slow cooker on request.
Q. Is tea, coffee and milk supplied?
A. We supply instant coffee , tea bags, sugar and a small UHT milk .
Q. Is there an ironing board?
A. Yes an iron and ironing board are available in the guest laundry with the dryer and washing machine as well as laundry powder and softener.
